I’ve run this challenge as a series over a 3 week period across TikTok and Instagram, it has been incredible to hear the feedback that those playing along at home have made in just 3 weeks by showing up to take one step towards the life that they can’t wait to live.
As humans we tend to overcomplicate everything so this challenge will help you to show up everyday for yourself to curate a life for yourself by taking ONE small action a day.
