We’ll be focusing on a different topic over the 3 days - Career &/or biz, relationships and your health & wellbeing. 

You’ll be supported in gaining clarity through auditing where you’re at, where you want to be and the actions you need to take to be able to get there.

Each day, each topic will be supported by a video, audit checklist, questions and journal prompts to help you to delve deeper. You will also have access to me to answer any questions through the 3 day challenge to support you with integration and getting super clear on actions you can take.
